The Project

UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. is the authorized Planning Consultant acting on behalf of Intero Development Group Inc. (The Applicant) for the 264 Governor’s Road Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment application.

The proposal entails developing the lands with a 31-unit block townhouse development consisting of two and three storey units, and 8 visitor parking spaces.

To facilitate this proposal, an application was submitted to the City of Hamilton on November 27, 2017 to amend the Urban Hamilton Official Plan and applicable Zoning By-law.

The purpose of this website is to provide interested parties with access to the proposed development application details, supporting studies and access to participate in the planning process.
